All orders placed today will be processed the next business day. Shipment is by USPS or UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Process, handling and shipping may take 3-5 business days. If you do not receive a shipment confirmation with tracking within 48 hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Free shipping in the US does not apply to "expedited" or "request to ship by other carriers". Expedited shipping is paid by the customer.
Once the package leaves our facility, it is transported and tracked by the carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages in transit or after delivery is confirmed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To request a return or exchange for your online purchase, please contact us by email to email@example.com. We accept items to be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the date delivered. The returned items must be in the original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. We will cover the return postage and provide you with a pre-paid return label.
Final Sale items and customized products are not eligible to be returned for refund, credit, or exchange. Sale styles marked 30% off or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for an exchange, return, refund or credit.
Discount codes applied to sale items are considered FINAL SALE.
All face masks are FINAL SALES. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected by SKIDZ NYC (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days. Depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Refund is for the item(s) and tax, where applicable, only.
Exchanges will be processed after receipt of the returned goods and inspection. You will be responsible for shipping costs for the new exchanged items.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed for delivery you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a USPS or UPS tracking number. You can monitor the estimated arrival status of your package by clicking on the USPS or UPS tracking number link within the shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can visit USPS or UPS and use their package tracking feature by directly entering the provided tracking number on their site.
To cancel or change an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled.
*Please note, free shipping in the US is for the first outbound shipping of goods. When exchanging an item, we will cover the return of the merchandise, but you will be responsible for the shipping of the new exchanged goods.
